Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence for electro-optical systems and promoting the company systems and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Setting Sales Strategy: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team. Hiring, training, and motivating are all part of the game.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue generation by setting and achieving sales targets and objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to make informed decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and effective business strategy.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the executive team.
Technology Adoption: Embrace and leverage technology and tools to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a:
degree in engineering, economics, marketing or law, with a master's degree in business management preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in sales and business development for multidisciplinary projects, with significant experience in the defense market.
The ability to manage end-to-end business processes is essential, as is excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently under uncertain conditions, be assertive, and have a dominant personality.
Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute a full marketing plan.
Effective organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
