Product Marketing Manager

- Retail Solutions

Responsibilities:


Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for the company's retail solutions and products.

Craft compelling product messaging, value propositions, and positioning statements that resonate with target audiences in the retail industry and differentiate the company's offerings in the market.

Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to create sales enablement tools and materials, such as presentations, case studies, and sales collateral, to support the sales process and drive customer acquisition.

Lead customer-facing marketing presentations and live demos to showcase product features, benefits, and unique value propositions to potential retail clients.

Manage and optimize the performance of demo environments to ensure seamless execution and an optimal user experience during product demonstrations.

Stay up-to-date with retail industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, potential risks, and inform product strategy.

Work closely with the product team to define requirements for solution improvements, enhancements, and continued product innovation to enhance the attractiveness of the company's retail offerings.


Qualifications:


At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, business development, or presales activities within the retail solutions industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in the retail sector.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and present ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including potential customers and retail industry leaders.

Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Hands-on technical capabilities with the ability to understand and articulate product features and functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences.
