Manhattan-based real estate acquisition firm managing $1B+ in transactions seeks a highly organized, self-driven

Executive PA & Investor Coordinator.


What you'll do:

Work closely with the CEO

Coordinate and organize meetings, conference calls, and business trips

Screen calls, emails, and requests while making independent decisions regarding urgency and importance

Prepare presentations, reports, and professional documents

Manage budgets and expense reports

Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders

Ongoing work with the company's Manhattan offices

Quarterly business trips to New York (5-7 days)

Full-time position, flexible hours with willingness to work

according to US time zones

High-pressure environment experience


What you'll need:

• Fluent English & Hebrew

• Strong organizational and team management skills

• Start within 1 month (min. 3-4 days/week, 6hrs/day)

Preferred: Finance/US real estate background, tech/AI

Monthly Base Salary: 15K–20K NIS (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
